It sounds like continuing to hold things together is becoming a real challenge. Here’s the good news: the first step is often the hardest and you’ve already made a great move by checking in on your mental health today. More good news: you can expect to feel better and support is available. If you have a family doctor or a school counsellor, sign up for the BounceBack® program by indicating his or her name on the form. If not, contact the psychosocial intake at your local CLSC by calling 8-1-1 option 2. You may be assigned to a health care professional, who you will indicate as your care provider at the time of registration. In all cases, your doctor or other health professional can help you assess your options so that you can start feeling better, quickly.

You are not alone!

The Bounce Back Mental Health quiz is for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice. The quiz cannot diagnose a mental health condition, but it is based on good evidence and may give a sign whether or not screening with validated instruments is a good next step. Regardless of your score, if you are concerned about your mental well-being, it’s best to talk to someone you trust. Diagnosis should only be done by a qualified professional. This quiz has been adapted from material from two non-profit organizations in the UK: the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the Stress Management Society.

Was this result not what you were expecting? Feel free to take the quiz again any time you want to check in on your mental health.
